Check in process made no sense, booked on here but couldn’t check in through the booking had to pay for 2 separate rooms, as soon as you turn the corner past the front desk numerous lights flickering above doors.
Got 2 rooms one room had outdated tv with super small bathroom other room had newer tv with jets in a tub but took the knob for the control the jets, also had a weird access panel cut out held with tape. But this room had the bigger bathroom. Doors rattled excessively, one room smell old and bad other room was okay smelling. The hotel severely lacked basic maintenance. Overall with the comparison I had for both rooms was probably a good overall general of the rest of the hotel. Extremely outdated, check in process through app made difficult, could be cleaner, decoration outdated. Seemed like the owner of the hotel and his family were staying right in the rooms by the front desk. Stayed at the Hampton last time I was in the area and looks like I’ll go back. Definitely a joke.

they first told me my check-in was invalid, and i needed to re-book. then told me "oh wait, actually we will honor your old reservation, and we're not going to refund that first day. (since that means theyd make more money)
