Furniture was a bit worn and dated but the room was clean, facilities were in good shape, exteriors had no litter. A welcoming environment for a modestly priced room. Thank you for a great stay!

Room 312 is a decent room no carpet em 104 is decent the carpet seems to be cleaned the tub needed work but I got that straightened. The hotel needs to replace the chairs in the kitchen and maybe put a small table with two chairs to give it that home feel like advertised. You can get pots and pans from them also. The staff are helpful and nice.

It was a good stay. Comfortable, spacious, and clean. Idk if it was isolated situation but they were out of toilet paper so I had to get my own but other than that it’s a steal for the price.

Stayed before, will stay again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and, like the first, it was exactly what was needed. There aren't any frills, unless you count a full kitchen (which is great for long stays or trying to save money), but is solid and great for those who are travelling. The staff are kind and efficient. The hotel is older but clean. The only true "complaint" I have is that their handicap parking is greatly lacking.

Great for Family Emergencies

This was exactly what we needed! We had an emergency situation resulting in family being admitted into JPS Hospital and we were unsure of length of stay. This hotel was less than 10 miles away and reasonable enough that we could afford it if the stay required ended up being lengthy. The staff was friendly, the room was acceptable and, when the stay ended up being shorted than expected, the hotel refunded the remaining amount with no questions asked. Would stay at again.

Birthday weekend

I wasn’t able to check in at check in time but this allowed me to go and get some dinner a much needed meal and my request was honored which was amazing but then the elevator went down but it wasn’t a biggie since I was just on the second floor and I’m use to the exercise due to the walking I do for work . My stay was amazing, the key access and cleaning was great which made my stay amazing just as the staff and I will definitely be staying here at my second home again in the near future

Not ideal

There were french fries left on the floor from previous tenants. The carpet looked like a toddler had a field day with paint. We were told the dryer was broken so our bed wasn't fully made. The front desk staff was doing the best they could with the resources they had and were friendly under stress. When we came in for our 3pm checkin at 3:30 there were several people waiting to check in because of the dryer issue and I'm assuming short staff.

I should have gone someplace else and paid more.

Started off not so good, as the night got later, heard the arguments. Sunday morning had to leave very early there was no front desk staff , front desk was dark, I finally found him to get cash depot back. ( they don’t seem to accept cards). Out in the parking lot was shocked at hearing music going on from one of the rooms upstairs luckly not near mine, that had an open window and lots of laughter going on. Felt sorry for anyone around that room that was trying to sleep. I thought this was a good area lots of food and entertainment places to go to close by. Have been to the other hotels around this one before so it really shocked me.

Although the area has much to offer and do, the hotel itself was dirty and not welcoming. They had baby roaches in the fridge and on the bathroom sink. I kept the lights on my entire stay so I wouldn't see a roach. It's actually people living there and that also made me uncomfortable. The carpet when entering my room (113) was filthy. The keys to the room didn't work. I was told that the door lock needed to be charged. It was not ideal.
