Fantastic location as base for exploration up Ben Nevis and surrounding trails. Very clean and modern facilities, bright and spacious rooms. Great for keeping heavy hiking packs and duffel bags

Nice staff and great joint facilities. The room had the heat turned off on arrival and it took almost 24 to heat up. The breakfast was a bit sad.

We stayed here just one night before our Ben Nevis trip and that hotel is the best start point. Personnel were friendly and helpful. After many trips we appreciated the dryer room, where you can clean and dry your clothes.

The facility was clean and easily accessible the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our door lock/fob system was broken so had to leave the door ajar if we were not in the room so we could get in and out. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very nice staff and good facilities

The stay was lovely. The hostel is practical, clean, well divided and with plenty of space. The staff was really thoughtful and attentive to my questions and needs. Everything was working normally on the bedrooms and toilets. If you are tall, don't be on the upper bed. That's all.

Great place. Awesome value for the money and the staff helped us with instructions to install ourselves (we arrived late). Unique recommendation is to tell people that you don’t include towels, a lot of people don’t frequent hostels that much and we forgot about this detail

Generally speaking fine. A well designed hostel. A friendly team. Greater attention to detail on the housekeeping side would be good For instance soap dispensers and towels remained empty despite prompts and some kitchen equipment was depleted and defective.

TERRIVEL, o Hostel tem uma boa localização e aparenta ter uma boa estrutura. Mas… As camas são pequenas, os colchões são ruins todos e os cobertores são de tamanho infantil, dessa forma será difícil ter uma boa noite de descanso. O box é muito pequeno e apesar disso, foi impossível tomar banho, pois não havia água quente, e o garoto da recepção disse que não podia fazer nada, que iria verificar no dia seguinte. A cozinha tem uma boa estrutura, a sala de jantar e possui muitas mesas com cadeiras, pratos . Mas falta talheres. O teto do quarto é muito baixo para o beliche superior, sentado batemos com a cabeça no teto. Para a nossa entrada o quarto não foi limpo adequadamente, havia cabelos e sujeira pelo chão, pelo que vimos só trocaram a roupa de cama e tiraram os lixos. As luzes de leitura tem mal contato e ficam acendendo sozinhas, o que atrapalha também para dormir… Este foi o Hostel mais caro que ficamos em toda Escócia, e o que ficamos mais insatisfeitos, não indico por nada, tem muitos Guest Houses na cidade com valores melhores e com certeza as acomodações muito superiores.

Fab friensly hostel in a great location.

We spent a night at the hostel before hiking uo Ben Nevis. The hostel was great snd sevice friendly. The location is great for an early start up the mountain too :) Wpukd definitely stay here again.

Ben Nevis Views

Really great place. Amazing views and possibly the best youth hostel. We stayed 2 nights to explore the area. The path to Ben Nevis is opposite and we had a view of the mountain range from our room. Couldn't be better.

Great for Ben Nevis Hike

This hostel is a no frills stay with in a great location for anyone looking to hike Ben Nevis with the trail starting just the opposite side of the road. The bunk beds were clean and each level had it's own light and plugs.
