The owners of the pods have really done a great job of making great use of a relatively small space. We felt we had plenty of room and the extra amenities (kitchenette area with microwave and fridge,) were a nice change compared to the hotel rooms we'd stayed in up to that point. It was a great retreat during our short stopover in the Glencoe area. The GPS had a bit of trouble finding it - ignore your GPS and use the host's directions!

The pod is in the backyard of a garden which gives an impression of lack of intimacy, even though cabin is oriented towards a forest making it a "false" impression. However, the place itself was clean and really cozy and services were excellent, we loved it

Nice, clean, and well insulated. We felt very secure and comfortable. Only complaint is that the WiFi signal was a little weak but we didn’t really mind disconnecting for the night (it was still enough to book our next room and view itineraries etc).

Lovely little base for a West Highland getaway. Isolated and quiet with comfort and peace. Only thing you have to put up with is the midges, but not much can be done about those evil little things!

Located a few minutes away from Glencoe, the property lets you totally disconnect from the regular jam of any city while offering an uncommon room (fully equipped pod). If you're planning to make a trip to Skye Island, it becomes a great spot to stop between Glasgow / Edinbrough and the Skye Island.

New fully furnished house with tons of room! Such a nice chance of pace after multiple small hotel room. Ability to do laundry and make a proper meal in a full kitchen. Close to grocery store for provisions. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Only minus…Front room is close to the road and there is some road noise. Rear rooms are quiet.

Happy with our experience.

On the day of arrival we received an email around gaining entry, via a code and pinbox. As a result when we arrived to pod 2 we gained access easily, to our home for 3 nights. Really well appointed, nice bedding and towels provided. Electric power shower with fully functional bathroom. Very clean and well maintained throughout and decking area is nice. Plenty of useful sockets too. As mentioned in other reviews it can get stuffy through the night, didn't want to leave window open as midge season but there is a fan. Really enjoyed our stay, it didn't matter too much but don't go expecting much of a view. Not a big negative as we were out throughout the days, but just to set expectations there is no view and you can hear traffic if busy going by. Would return though.

Wonderful and cozy!

Great place to stay near Glencoe, Fort William and Ben Nevis. Clean, comfortable and all the necessary amenities and more were provided. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to others.

Excellent, well-designed, pod

Lovely wee pod in a brilliant location. Super comfy bed and had everything we needed for a great night. We particularly enjoyed the smart TV and strong wifi. Bathroom was surprisingly roomy considering the overall size of the pod - there was room for everything.

This was our first stay in a pod. It was adorable. We were very happy with how well designed it was. It was small as expected but they had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is a screen of some type over the window or door as it got quite warm in there. When we opened the window a swarm of tiny biting flies would come in.

Shack by name but not by nature

We had a great stay at the super Shack. Self service check in went without a hitch, room was very big, bathroom fab and lots of parking space. Due to COVID breakfast was provided in the in-room fridge with the host kindly meeting my need for a gluten free diet. The Shack is spotlessly clean with smart décor and the hot shower and big white fluffy towels offered a perfect end to the day. Happy to recommend a stay here. I forgot to take pictures but the ones shown on the site at the time of our booking are a very good representation of the room. The rooms are really big!

Lovely little pod for one night

Excellent well appointed and fitted out pod. Excellent shower and comfy bed. Kitchen was ok, no oven or hob, but microwave and enough cutlery/plates for two of us. Could have done with a chopping board to make sandwiches but not the end of the world. Sofa just big enough for us both to snuggle on, and a dining table for meals. Great TV and sounds system, and well thought out use of space. Got a message before we checked in with directions and instruction on how to get the key. Was great for a one night stay on our NC500 trip.
