"The staff were very friendly and professional."

"Husband i traveled to nj from wv for a wedding that was being held that day at 4pm. With check in at 3 we asked if we could do early check in. The guy at front desk allowed us to check in early. When we got to our room for my husband to get dressed for the wedding, we discovered the room had not been cleaned yet. He stepped inside the door, got dressed and i went to let the staff know that i appreciated him letting us in early but the room was still dirty. He apologized and i told him we were going to head out anyways. He assured me the room would be perfect when we returned. ( 8 hrs later). The bed was made. The trash was taken out. And we had fresh towels. However hair from previous stayers was still on the bathroom floor, no soap, no conditioner, no shampoo. Which luckily we had brought our own shampoo. And the toilet paper roll was almost empty. It was 11 oclock at night. So we showered and went to bed. Got up at 9am and left. "

"Decent hotel for the price. The location was convenient and parking was easy, which I appreciated. However, there were a few downsides. The TV was not a smart TV, so there was no YouTube or Netflix, and the channel selection was limited. I was also disappointed that the welcome water cost $3 instead of being complimentary. Check-in took a long time because the staff seemed very slow, and the elevator was unusually slow as well. Overall, it was exactly what you would expect for the price. Nothing amazing, but not terrible either."

"Your elevator does not line up with the floor. I nearly fell. The property does not have an umbrella for inclement weather. We also had a key problem every time we tried to get in our room. And the shower is rusty. I was very disappointed. I stayed in countless hotels and this was the worst experience!"

"My room had a smell, but do able for one night, after i sprayed air freshener. The bathroom was dated, I was uncomfortable taking a shower. The tub had to much of a rusty look and what appeared to be mold."

"The room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Plenty of easy food options nearby too. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area "
