Good property, Very clean, staff was very helpful at all times. Beautiful beach a few minutes away. The property provided beach towels and chairs, but for a beach umbrella we paid $30.00. Pretty pricey for a few hours used since the days we were there it rained daily.

This was my second time visiting, AC Fort Lauderdale after a wonderful stay the first time. At check in, I was greeted by Albert and Anitra, both who were so kind and lovely! They were so hospitable from check in to every day when we saw them at the lobby during the day. At night, Paula was so kind to ask if we wanted to change our towels to new ones, before we even asked! Ashley and Robert at the bar were so friendly, the churro ice-cream combo is to die for! Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I was happy to rebook at AC. The staff at AC Fort Lauderdale went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and taken care of, and it was because of them that made my vacation more enjoyable. Vacations are better when you meet people that make it better, that is what the staff did!

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the service is good, and it is well-located. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool is very small and gets crowded easily. There are few sun loungers because the area isn't big enough for more. I booked a room with a double balcony and was delighted by the view when I woke up. I would definitely stay here again—100% recommended.

We enjoyed our time comfortable hotel close to everything. It would have been nice if the hotel Bar area was more inviting and happening to have drinks. We did not like the $57 dollar per day for parking it’s just over priced for nothing and this makes the hotel stay expensive including a 30$ resort fee that’s not included when you book.

The pool was out of service during the summer season. The room description and attached pictures can be misleading. The shower would sometimes not drain. The valet parking customer service was professional.

I enjoyed the view from the hotel. It was also a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. The bike rentals, beach chair rentals was a plus. We also like that the hotel provided beach towels. The front desk might need a little more customer service hospitality training in order to making people feel more welcomed during their stay. The rooftop bar had a lot of kids jumping in the pool that was not pleasant, but manageable. Also, $60 a day for parking was a little on the high side. However, overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.

Staff were great. Property is a little tired. Pool was nice. Bathroom and shower were a tired and rust stained. The 2 elevators in the building cannot cope with the morning rush. Wait was at least 4 mins which feels like an eternity. Bar staff was super friendly. Sun loungers at property next door was very nice (and included with room key).
