He told me that it was not his problem but mine. He eventually showed me a list of names and mine was the first on the list of reservations. everything went smooth after that. "Nice hotel close to Times Square. Staff are friendly and helpful. It can be really busy with elevators full and breakfast especially quite chaotic. The rooms are good and clean especially for New York but a heads up to some that the bathroom door is a slide door which leaves gaps and there is a glass panel next to the bed where the shower is where you can clearly see a persons silhouette so if you’re really conscious of privacy you may feel uncomfortable"
