We stayed overnight to be close to the NY RenFaire. The hotel is very easy to get to. We had a nice size suite that was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast had many choices and was constantly refreshed. Overall a great experience and we have every intention of returning.

If you’re looking for a place to party, this is not it. If you’re looking for a place to rest and relax, this is definitely the place. It was clean, relaxing, everyone is kind and peaceful. It was beautiful.

Rooms were a little tired and had a bit of wear and tear but were clean. The water pressure in our room was non existent for the hot water. The cold was fine but when you turned it from about the middle and over, the water pressure disappeared to a drizzle not even strong enough to make it to the shower head. This was probably room specific. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was very tasty.

I will say the staff were very friendly. The facility however was dirty. The mattress cover was stained and there was a dead cockroach on the windowsill. We also had to get sheets and extra towels from the front desk even though we stated on the reservation how many people were staying there. I did mention these things to the front desk upon checkout when these grievances were discovered and they gave us a percentage off our stay. But the roach and the stained linens are a sanitation issue. We will never stay there again or any hotel associated with that chain. Disgusted and disappointed.

Staff was great. Our room had mold and smelled of strong clorox so we were given another room. This one was better but had some issues like shower curtain was hanging down so curtain would not stay closed. Main curtain for windows was torn. we just expected more quality from the "Hilton". We left one day early and were refunded for that night which was very much appreciated. Thank you for that.
