"Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mall is literal steps away as are a number of great dining options. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning and the buffet was very nice. The staff was attentive and there were plenty of options. The workout room was very well appointed and conveniently located. We were here for a convention and already have plans to stay here again next year. "

"I had a bad experience at another hotel while visiting Chicago for a basketball tournament and thankfully was able to find another hotel quickly. Upon checking in, staff member Jared was great. He was sympathetic to what I went through at the other hotel and unexpectedly gave us an upgraded junior suite and a parking pass for our stay there at the hotel. People do not have to be kind to you and I'm extremely grateful for Jared being so kind to my family and I. The room was a total 360 from the other hotel room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable. I enjoyed our stay there and if I ever visit Chicago again, this hotel will be high on my list. "
