"The air conditioner in the next room made a loud popping noise all night. The only time we didn’t hear it was when our A/C fan was running. It didn’t start until about 1:00 am so we just dealt with it until the morning."

"We came in really late but was accommodated. This hotel was extremely clean and fresh and nothing out of order. Excellent staff. Quiet. Safe. Definitely a thumbs up."

"The reason I don’t give this a 5 star is because the room was not as clean as it could have been. With shoes off I did step on a small piece of glass and there were a few crumbs still left of the floor. No big deal. The worst part was my room location, I was right outside of the elevator and that’s all I could hear all night. Made it hard to sleep as I could hear every individual chime and feel the vibration all night. Otherwise great hotel!"

"Room was nice but the bathroom was very tiny. You literally has to stand over the toilet just to close the door."

"The room was great!! We had the King size bed with the sofa. The only downfall was the pillows were small but we had our own so it was not that big of deal . The room was really clean, the air conditioner worked great, TV was a little iffy to work but once you got it working it was fine."

"The air conditioner was extremely loud and the bathroom door was scratched up and damaged. Very limited breakfast and the items were cold. Parking was sufficient."

"I just need my refund back from the double tree we never stayed there. Expedia booked a room that wasn't available sent to Vernon hills holiday inn very nice and friendly."

"Front staff was amazing in helping me figure out transportation to and from Chicago! The breakfast was amazing. lots of options to choose from and different items each day! Room was clean and had housekeeping refresh towels each day. Definitely would be back!"

"Every time I go to this hotel and have no issues it’s perfect except for right now. The prices are really expensive but as soon as they come back down, I will be back."

"The entire property was clean and staff was helpful. Our was was clean and perfect for a couple. The courtyard in the back was wonderful"

"Alberto and Ericka were amazing 👏 Sadly, I encountered some issues. First, the bathroom ceiling was leaking. It got fixed but it took time. Secondly, the night before we had to check out. The room locked itself from the inside, so we could not get into our room. Then it took like half and hour to fix the problem. We were offered reward points that we will never use. The management never showed up next day to say sorry. I definitely not coming to this hotel ever. 😡😡😡😡😡"

"My son and I flew in from NY with a LONG period of nothing to do until our events at the NOW Arena, which has a bag policy so we wouldn’t have been allowed to take ours with us to the event. I explained this to the staff at the hotel and for a small fee they allowed us to do a super early check in AND allowed us to have breakfast there. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!"
