"The man who checked me in was very nice. I hope he can find somewhere else to work, because he was the only good thing about this location. Everything else was horrible. If I had a choice to stay somewhere else I would have, but short notice left this as the only option that wasn't miles outside the city."

"Wonderful Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Friendly!
I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in London, Ontario, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a full kitchen which was a nice bonus.
The complimentary breakfast was fresh and varied, and I appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of my space, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
I also loved the location—conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the highway, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest.
Thank you to the entire team at Homewood Suites London for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

"Stayed here with our 13 month old, there were tons of options for food around. The free breakfast was great. The small counter/ sink/ fridge area made our stay so easy with a toddler. The bedroom made bedtime a lot easier as well. We had a 8 hour drive to get there, our toddler was cranky when we arrived, the front desk had a toy chest he got to choose from that he loved while we checked in"

The room was very spacious with also a small kitchen furnished with all necessities for our stay. I’d highly recommend this property for families especially with kids. Will definitely visit again."
