"Everyrhing was great. From the rooms being clean and comfortable to the staff being so helpful. The only thing that was hard was the elevators. They are extremely slow and you could be standing waiting for 10 minutes. Other than that little thing it was great"

"Great location especially for people new to this island, lots of dining options. Waikiki beach is great for swimming unlike other beaches where the surf is rough. Rooms are large and very clean, beds very comfortable, great balcony especially if you have an ocean view. Furnishings are not high end but the room still feels clean and comfortable, not luxurious."

"Our stay was amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful, really went above and beyond with customer service. Lots of great amenities as well and their longboard club is worth the purchase, was great to have a comfortable and relaxing breakfast during the rainy mornings. Also had an ocean view room which was stunning and the room itself was spacious when comfortable beds. Also appreciate the chromecast option on the tv. The location is ideal as well, just a couple of steps from the beach and on the edge of all the restaurants so easy to walk to but was never noisy and overcrowded around the hotel. Will definitely stay here in the future!"
