"Make sure to chech your room for cleanliness. There was stains on our sheets, some kind of stuff on the headboard, just a general unclean feeling. So they moved us from a King to a 2 ueen room. It looked loke it hadn't been vaccuumed, shower was in need of repair and the shower head was very short. There was no toilet paper in the room when we got there. Felt very unsafe outside. Huge smell of marijuana throughout the whole property. Staff could use some customer service lessons. Breakfast was all made from a microwave. Dumpster outside was overflowing not only from dumpster but the whole fenced in area. Very big potholes in the parking lot. All A/C units leaking, broken glass in the walkways. Trash everywhere. Elevator was very sketchy, used it once! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"The hotel itself is on the smaller side. The lobby is one of the smallest I’ve seen & the breakfast area was pretty small. Breakfast was decent & the kitchen staff was nice. Upon entry into our room it smelled of urine. The floors in the bathroom need to be taken up or they weren’t cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean the floors our first night. My partner pointed out black spots on the ceiling that he thought was mold. I also made the front desk aware of this. There was a light out in the bedroom as well. The mattress in the pullout couch in the living room is severely old and should be replaced. Overall, it was only a one night stay - but I wouldn’t return for a longer stay unless some updates were made. "

"You could only have room cleaned if you stayed 4 nights or more. I booked 3 nights so it kind of seemed made up. Oh well. The room phone and microwave in room did not work. On the second night I killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Main reason I left early. Never was a staff member at the desk. U had to ring a bell and maybe they came. Police were out there a few times along with fire trucks etc. The continental breakfast was bagels and oatmeal lol. Not an ideal place to stay. Not at all. "

"Stayed here on April 10th and 11th, 2026. We got there really late on Friday night and checked in. I was charged twice on my deposit, but they said it will be returned, so I'm not worried yet. We had a long drive and it was already close to midnight, so we went to our room. The cart that we used was very wobbly and old, needs to be replaced. When we got to the room, I checked the beds, as I do with any hotel I go to, only to find that THE BEDS WERE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. I wanted to walk out immediately, but we were weary and tired from the long trip, so we stayed and got some sleep. The cleanliness of the room was definitely questionable, so we didn't use the pillows . Unfortunately, when you wrap a bed in plastic, it makes you sweat, so we did not sleep very well. We woke up, got ready and went downstairs to get some breakfast, but the breakfast was already gone as we had got there just after 9:00 a.m. I didn't ask what time the breakfast would be out, so that's my fault, but generally I have stayed other places and they usually keep them out until at least 10:00 a.m., especially on Saturdays. Since there was no breakfast, we had to hurry and go somewhere else to eat so that we could stay on schedule. We went out for the entire day and didn't get back until 9:00 p.m. Once we made our way back up to the room, taking one look at it we decided that we couldn't stay another night, we didn't trust it, so we packed our stuff and got in the car. I'll never stay here again. "
