"My husband and I stayed one night after a concert and would stay here again. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bed was not hard like it is at most hotels. Everything was very clean. We did have issues with the outlets next to the bed not working at let the staff know. Also the bathroom door would not stay shut. Breakfast was not bad. There were hard-boiled eggs, bagels, toast, waffles, oatmeal, and fruit. There is also a selection ofnhot teas for the tea drinkers. The Cafe had Breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffee drinks, but the breakfast sandwich was pretty small for $7.00, and was heated from frozen (it still had cold spots when we ate it). We would just stick with the free breakfast next time. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"The property hallways, outside handrails, stairwells exterior doors, are in terrible need of pressure washing and painting definitely need a full time maintenance staff if there is not several employed , parking lot trash everywhere, very poor landscaping ( trash ,paper, cigarette butts) the interior of the room was clean and average . parking fee of 10.00 each night was extra, the pool had lots of debris in bottom leaves, sand, gunite was dirty. pool was very disappointing , shower area by the pool had green slime all over the bricks. the staff was very attentive and helpful the breakfast was average for hotels in the area, the biggest plus of this hotel was the location, and convenience to dining, night life public pier and beach. I sincerely hope that the management was take specific note to these critical areas, I am undecided if I would stay here again, if so it would be for location only."

"This was my second time staying at Palmetto Inn and Suites. The room was bigger than I expected this time. It’s everything you need. Beach front, balcony, pool, kitchen. Was able to text with the front desk for more towel and toilet paper, they always responded right away and received my needs within 10 minutes or less."
