"Excellent hotel "

"What makes a hotel isn't if they have issues , but how they handle issues !!! So not only did we have many issues from bugs, cleanliness,roaches and no hot water ! But when we asked for different room so we could shower , we were meet with attitude and lack of concern or action! Only after a call to corporate was the issue even addressed!! Sometimes you get what you pay for and it was cheap , but it is sad when I would never stay there again even if it was free !! Good luck to the next traveler that rolls snake eyes and has to stay at this terrible place!! "

"Staff was extremely friendly but I booked 2 queen beds. When I checked in there wasn't any available. So they gave me a king bed and a moveable twin bed. Instead of bringing the twin bed to my room. I had to get it myself from lobby with the bedding sheets and take it to the room and set it up myself. The twn bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs of the base on my back. "

"Good location; the room was clean. The gentleman who checked us into the hotel was very kind."

"Room, bathroom were clean, breakfast was good and fresh, staff was friendly, parking was great"

"Infested with roaches. Power was lost at one point but the front desk took care of it in reasonable time. We bought RAID for the roaches. Sh*thole."
