"The staff was fabulous! Took very good care of me, especially the bellmen. Mo is a superb service provider. There was another gray haired bellman that assisted me as well during my stay he was so friendly and helpful as well. The room was quiet and very clean and well appointed. Being right at the Florida mall was a great way to spend my time, and plenty of different food locations- something for everyone. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will in the future as well."

"Clean, good staff, my fridge went out the first day and the handyman cleaned my fridge and even brought me another fridge so I had two fridges during my day. Awesome customer service."

"The hotel is run down. Even though it’s old, the room was very clean. I saw security going around multiple times while I was there. I didn’t like that I had to leave a cash security deposit and wait for housekeeping to check the room before getting the security deposit back during checkout, but I understand why they do it. We had no issues. Overall, a good place to stay in for the price."
