"It was clean, family friendly, quiet but yet plenty to do. It’s island time so sometimes when you want to do an activity like kayaking the employees take their time or when the coffee runs out in the main lobby it can be a guessing game as to who will fill it. We loved our stay though and they were so sweet to our toddler."

"Great property. Didn’t realize they were newly opened. Staff very friendly. Lots of things to do - big chess, poll, water sports, ping pong. Room was spacious and great view from balcony. Would definitely recommend."

"I did not have my itinerary from Expedia and raised an issue about the bill with the front desk. The representative explained how the discount normally applied. I believed it to be different. I found the itinerary and the representative was absolutely correct. The representative still provided me an additional credit which they did not have to do as the issue was my error. Very nice gesture by them. We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed our stay as always. The food we ordered at the Tiki Bar was delivered hot and was very good on each occasion we ordered. Staff was great both inside the hotel and at the pool and Tiki Bar. Great location, great service and great time. We can't wait to go back."

"This was our favorite part of our 12 day trip to the keys. We got a beautiful cottage w hammocks, a screened in porch, and right at a little beach entrance. We night swam and people were fishing around the clock. Was the dreamy feeling I wanted to find in the Keys. The lady checking in was very nice"
