Strong cigarette oder in the halls. Its a safe area. The staff friendly. The chair was broken but they replaced it on the forth day. Have stayed here before because of price and the kitchens. It looks like they are replacing ac units that were stored in the hallways. Needs paint. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the go everyday so not much time in the room. Shopping is convenient.

My check in was very easy. The receptionist also really professional, friendly and helpful. Our room is really nice and is perfect for an extended stay even though we only stayed one night. I will definitely recommend.

Great spacious room. Though common area have that distinct odour (hallway and elevator), the rooms are very clean and comfortable and no smell. Reasonable price, with friendly helpful staff member.

Hotel staff that checked me in was fantastic, and very personable. The hotel overall smelled bad, towels had stains on them, sink wouldn’t drain and overall didn’t feel very clean. Not what I expected for the price. Once again the lady that checked me in was very, very nice.

Man trip

The room was clean. The facility as a whole looked like a extended stay facility for homeless people. No desk service all night, the desk was locked down until 9am. Same people were standing outside the front door smoking at 9pm and at 6:30am. Multiple friends and family of the staff hanging in the lobby. The room was big, clean with kitchenette. Sink in the bathroom ran very slow.

Wasn’t pleased that they stopped keeping pots and pans and other kitchen items for the guests to use. There wasn’t even a little coffee pot. Other than that, it was a good stay. The front desk staff was awesome and very courteous.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very nice hotel and it feels like home.

Pam was very nice and helpful at checking in. Her and her staff was amazing. The hotel is so clean and it really feels like you are at home. They are amazing. They have kitchen stuff for you to use just ask them to get it. They care about your safety. Could not have asked for a better stay. Very pet friendly. You truly fell like you are at home. We went the extra mile when we checked out to bag up all of our trash and to bag up our dirty lien for the housekeeper. This was our way of saying thank you. There kitchen is fully furnished,.full living room, bathroom and bedroom and a work space. Anna mazing.wimsow view. Everything is keeped up todate. Very clean and very will keeped up with mantness.

It's adequate. Clean but short on helpfulness.

Good place to heck in for a flight early morning to CVG. Front desk was painfully slow getting me in. When I went to leave for a 6 am flight there was no one around to give keys to or get a receipt. My company is now saying they will not reimburse without the document so I am just writing it off to the experience gained. Hotel was clean, adequate but the rooms on either side were pretty loud. Good thing I can sleep through an earthquake. Probably will ask for an end room or have them define front desk policies in the future.

Though advertised as a suite hotel, this facility has many local residents who are lodged there on a temporary (government payment ?) basis. Unknown how many guests were actually visitors to the area using this hotel but there were few out of state plates on the cars. Parking near the front entrance was always in scarce supply. Residents tended to congregate around the front lobby entrance to smoke. Hotel guests have to purchase dinnerware and cooking equipment - this suite hotel does not supply the kitchen in the room with equipment. This negates the value of renting a room for a few nights at a suite hotel. Routine hotel supplied toiletries were not re-stocked when the room was prepped for our arrival. Room WAS clean and fresh when we arrived, and the A/C, refrigerator,plumbing, lighting, and TV all worked well.

First they put us in a room that was already occupied, then they moved us to a different room but it took 3 times going to the front desk from the 3floor to get a key that would open our new room, by the time it was all done it was 1 AM
