"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. "It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "

"Property was exceptionally clean modern well equipped. Nice little touches of milk bread spread and bottles of wine for arrival. No issues at all with the property it was lovely. The only issue was with the pub next door, which when we spoke to the host the next day he dealt with straight away. Parking instructions weren’t communicated. Access to property is via the pub car park."
