"Had to save seats at the pool by 7AM or you didn’t get one. Only got room service/clean towels if you called and asked. Food was ok but the specialty restaurants that needed reservations were booked evernight. We only were able to eat at two restaurants in a 5 night stay. Some even had 1/3 of the tables open. Pool was nice. Beach was nice Need to do something different with restaurant reservations!"

"The room was clean. The food was decent. The beach was nice. The pool were nice. The beds, pillows, bedding were terrible. Noisy AC. Lines were long for drinks. No beverage service provided on the beach. Not many fitness activities. Minimal water activities. There some really old boogie boards that were falling apart. Two kayaks. Night time entertainment was mid and best. Silent disco was fun. All and all it was a basic all inclusive resort. Nothing special. "

"There were activities for everyone. The food was good and the buffets had a good variety. I did miss the made to order omelets."

"The beach view was amazing, so many good sunsets during our stay. The staff were the best thing about this resort. They were so kind and welcoming. Definitely family friendly."
