"The hotel is quite dated. While the room was clean upon arrival, I unfortunately found cockroaches in the room every single day during my stay."

"Beautiful hotel in South Beach Miami. I loved all the amenities they provided. The restaurant has VERY good food, some of the best food we had in Miami was at this location. My only complaint is the valet parking. Sometimes we waited 30 min for our car, only to still walk a couple of blocks to the parking garage where it was stored. While paying for valet is essential in this busy area of South Beach I’d recommend requesting your car 40 min in advance or know where your car is so you can walk to it. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend"

"Old property that shows wear. Outrageously expensive basics inside the property. A 750 ml bottle of water is $11. A simple breakfast is $40. A simple packed lunch or dinner to take to your room is minimum $50-60. "

"Great location. Walk to restaurants and bars nearby. CVS and a liquor store are right behind the hotel which is very convenient. We stayed in the ocean view room on the second floor, didn’t hear any road noise or music. The rooftop area is really nice with Great views. The rooms were more like apartments than a hotel which is awesome. I would stay here again. "

"The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The room appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was especially concerning, it had visible stains and looked unhygienic to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it at all. Because of this, our group had to squeeze three people into each bed. "
