"Very clean and updated. Good price. Great location!!! Other than the bed there was only a small desk and desk chair and one luggage rack. No other places to put suitcases to open them other than the bed. There was also no comfy chair to sit in to read. If you wanted to sit down there was only the small desk chair and the bed. The elevator was also very small (3 person) so during busy times it took forever to get a lift to room or to lobby. The breakfast was really good but area was very crowded. Coffee should have been out in lobby so you could get a cup before breakfast. That would also remove it from adding to the crowding in the small diningroom. The outside dining area in back had pigeons. Not real sanitary for eating in."

"Very helpful with late or early airline arrivals for checkin. When checkin desk was swamped, the wait was long, staff passed out champagne to us tired travelers!"

"The hotel is Miami retro & really cute. Our room had a great vibe & lovely furnishings. We loved looking out our window & watching everyone walking down Miami Beach. The parking was $48 a night with no other option. The food in the hotel was not great. There was no room service. The shower faucets were boogie, but not effective. We loved the location, but wished we were directly on the beach. "

"Everything was really good. Not having cable tho threw me through a loop but we do live in the digital age. Soo plenty of work around and Chromecast was ready upon arrival. But other than that and contactless check in, normal lodging experience. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was Uber helpful. The only thing I noticed that was wrong was my fridge was missing the bottom shelf, but no big deal overall considering I didn't notice till the night before checkout. Bed was a frim soft Soo that was a pleasant surprise after a 22 hour drive. Pillows soft and big! Contactless check in was a different experience for me but Kasa made it easy and actually was super convenient. The $30 some dollar charge was another pleasant change over a normal hotel as I didnt have to worry about a hold being placed on my card for a deposit. Also loved the noise machine and complimentary ear plugs as we did stay right over a busy street full of night life but noise was manageable. Overall would recommend to others for a pleasant stay. "
