"Absolutely a wonderful place to stay at. It is within walking distance to the beach and has tons of options for nearby restaurants and bars. It is very clean and modern stylish look. Room is spacious for Miami size and it was so neat. I had delays in both departure and arrival unfortunately and online agents were super helpful. There is no reception like your typical hotel. I will definitely stay at this place."

"The rooms were clean and well maintained. AC works great for sure! Beds were super comfortable. Do not book the balcony as it is not as pictured or worth it; The Alley is anything but peaceful at night. They have several very comfortable seating areas instead. The garden in the center is under appreciated; give me a blanket and a book and leave me be. I could spend all day there if it wasn't for the beach! Both pools were overrun by small children. Consider making the rooftop 18+ after 2:00 or the like. Best: location for the beach, food, walking, shopping, and people watching. An umbrella and two chairs were included in the $58 per day resort fee. Shout out to Alicia and the beach crew! They were absolutely helpful in every way possible. The library/book selection was extensive and a joy to stroll through. Worst: the elevator situation. Ask to stay in the building facing the beach, not the back building. Also ask to NOT be put in the first room outside the elevators, you will hear the ding of the bell all day and night. These are located too close together. Overall: with a few minor adjustments, I will definitely be back. It really provided the peace needed. Absolutely recommend The Betsy!"

His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. I also want to recognize the incredible housekeeping team. Our room was spotless every single day, and their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
