"This hotel is old and needs to be modernized. That said, it was clean, quiet, and well kept up. The concierge desk was extremely helpful. The location was also a big bonus: Union Square is a really nice area!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zoe. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was great. The staff were also very nice, and the gentleman who checked us in was especially welcoming and helpful (I just forgot his name unfortunately). The only part I didn’t like was that the 2 bottles of water inside the room had a charge. I honestly don’t mind paying for them, but most hotels usually provide complimentary water, so I think it would be better if guests were informed beforehand to avoid confusion. The plushie crab toy in the room also had a charge. Again, I didn’t mind paying for it because it was cute and I took it, but I do hope the hotel can place a visible price tag or inform guests in advance since it can feel a bit misleading otherwise. Overall, still a very nice stay."

"Room was clean, staff was ok. Our sink plug was broken but didn't spoil our stay. The hotel is ideally placed for all the bay activities. We are staying again."

"Amazing property, clean, our room wasn’t ready and we got upgraded to the new renovated part. Everything seemed perfect in brand spanking new from the carpet to the floor to the bathroom tile spectacular and they gave us a bottle of wine and we love the restaurant attached to it called the Brick and Beam."
