"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "

"The lobby, breakfast area and our room were all spotless, comfortable and stylishly decorated. The location is very walkable to the train station and all the attractions in Florence. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would absolutely stay again."

"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "

"Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. "
