Room was very clean, staff kind and helpful, location is a minute away from a major square, there is a nicer bar/club diagonal from the property however the soundproofing of the room cut off all noise from it at night.

This was all we could have hoped for, and more. Room was clean and quite attractive. Coffered wood ceiling with brick trim backlit with soft lights - wonderful. Kate, our host, was great. Helpful, accommodating, always with a smile. The location was very close to the Uffizi and the Arno River. The street was quiet but steps away from everything. I would definitely go back.
