The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. "We stayed six wonderful days in this beautiful hotel. We ate dinner at its restaurant once, and the four of us loved the food. Every day we had a glass of wine at the lovely bar, met the friendly servers as well as other travelers. We stepped out the door every morning and were just steps away from the Duomo and Da Vinci museum and stores and fun outdoor places to eat. Real linen bedding! Chocolates on our pillows! "
