"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"It would be nice to have a person available for assistance. We waited over 45 min to get in. Unfortunately we didn't have internet/wifi access to allow us to see check in instructions prior to arriving to the hotel as the message was only sent 1 hour prior to check in. If the check in instructions are delivered morning of that would be better for guests that are from the USA as we travel with limited service. But overall, we LOVED the property! Thank you for having us!"
