I got a newly renovated room. Very nice clean and modern. Good clean bathroom grouting, a pet peeve of mine. Here on business and would definitely stay here again. Great Italian restaurant less than a mile away.

Please clean better

Elise and Emily were great with customer service but the hotel had house cleaning issues. There were roaches, hair on bathroom walls, clogged toilets, stains in furniture, carpet , and bath towels and no shampoo and conditioner in complimentary bottles inside showers.

My first night on June 21 they put me in a pet room. I do not like pets allergic. Then around 12midnight kids ran across the floor over me loud noises. I called front desk finally after 2 hours it slowed down. Then went to shower dog hair back up in the bath tub on my feet. When going down to front desk. The desk clerk told me there was no more rooms available. That night i called hotels.com customer service representative told me he couldnt help me. Can you please give me some rewards points i really feel i deserve this.

The property/ Rooms need an update. Carpets missing the hairs with bald spots in the bed room, Bedroom fan missing the remote control how ever the staff was wonderful offered another room and really went out of their way to please us. Roach invasion!!

Contacted fromt desk to inform of several roach sightings, was told that pest control was on site that day (27 Dec 22), and that's just part of living in Florida! Will not let me upload photos!!

1. Checked in late night. Room initially provided to us smelled of pee. 2. The night staff on duty Bill was excellent and helped as much as he could to make things better for us. 3. Alternate room offered here had hair on the bed. Obviously housekeeping did not bother to change bedsheets after the previous guest. 4. Third room offered had crumpled bedsheets - looked slept in and sheets not changed. 5. Fourth room offered had stained carpets however was ok to sleep in as we were unable to find any alternate hotels at 12:30 am. 6. We had planned to stay two nights here and opted to move elsewhere after the first night. 7. Corridors/carpets looks dated and dingy.

Upon arrival we were informed our reserved prepaid room was not available, that they were sold out of two bedroom suites but would offer us, 2 one bedroom suites across the hall from each other. Traveling with a small child this was less than ideal and not what we reserved. It was an evening check in so we took the two, one bedroom suites and were told we could speak with management the next day. We got Expedia involved as well. We were informed from the manager that the reserved room was under maintenance and not rentable. Their solution was to offer points for a future stay and Expedia offered a travel credit. They also said if anyone canceled from a two bedroom we could move. This was all terribly disappointing to not have the selected room available that we had paid for in advanced. Really put a damper on the trip and reason for not giving higher rating. The pros: very good breakfast and Carolyn is very helpful in running breakfast The pool is nicely heated The hotel is quiet Most staff we encountered in the halls were very friendly and helpful So please if you select this property and need a certain room type, call to verify you will actually get your reserved choice.

The bed was amazing! Absolute perfection..the room on the other hand wasn’t. They are in the process of remodeling but through Expedia, they didn’t mention this. The cabinets in the kitchen were broken and paint was missing. This hotel definitely needs the upgrade. But the room temperature was good and the room was quiet. I’d stay here again in the future after the remodel.
