"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff were amazing--always friendly and helpful. Often it is apparent customer-service staff don't really care about helping customers, but the staff at the Fairfield Inn seemed to care genuinely about the guests. The room I stayed in was small, but beautiful. I loved the fact that my window faced two museums directly across from the hotel. The only issue I experienced during my stay was with the room's shower. The water"

"Once we arrived, there was no parking. So they made us do a valet parking that cost an additional fifty dollars. I don't have any idea why there was not enough parking for the rooms. It was really an inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend staying here just for that reason"
