"Tired needs refurb really but ok for one night. Was not impressed paid for late checkout to have them knocking on the door to kick me out at the normal time when I paid £30 for late checkout "

"Standards seems to have gone down, quite a lot of dust around. The lift still being out of commission is a problem and doesn't seem to have been mentioned on the description. I believe this is a long term problem as the staff indicated that "spare parts" were no longer available. Very young staff and hit and miss service. Good position though."

"Very pet friendly, not our choice but every thing else was excellent. I’d recommend it for location, friendly staff, canal walks/trips, good restaurant and excellent cafes in Skipton."

"Evening meal consisted of a frozen pizza, certainly not fresh made on site. Breakfast was boring uninviting standard English. Bedroom was "tired" There were notices saying that they are refubishing. It wood have been nice to be advised on this when booking. I certainly dont think the room charge was taking the above into account"

"The Wifi was a bit dodgy, ended up having to use data a lot of the time I was there. Otherwise a decent stay. Housekeeping came everyday and had the room nicely cleaned. "

"Warm greeting on reception by Dev who welcomed us to the hotel. He made checking in & checking out a pleasant experience. All staff around the spa, bar area & restaurant were friendly. The hotel itself had a restful & chilled atmosphere & we would highly recommend it."
