"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. "The reception staff was wonderful for both check-in and check-out. l've stayed at The Thistle often over the years, and two years ago was the only time l was not well-treated. so last year l stayed at The Leonardo. l've been back at The Thistle twice this year, and am glad l decided to do so because l was treated well, once again. Hoping this bodes well for continued future stays because l really like your hotel."
