"The Motto is like a little jewel box. The rooms are small but well designed for comfort. No space is wasted. Love the decor! We had a great view. The bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE! We attended a concert at Ascend Amphitheater, and the location could not have been more perfect. This will be our “go to” hotel for all future Ascend concerts."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was amazing. Only complaint was on the "make ready" for my room. Was missing an additional trash can and do not disturb sign. Only other suggestion is if they update rooms in the future is to may better use of landscape in the suites. There was so much open space in the room that wasn't utilized. It could have been reconfigured to create more separation in the room between the main bed and the sofa bed."

"The staff here were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was satisfying. Even though the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking, it didn’t smell like they were. But it fulfilled my quick stay until I could get into the Gaylord across the street. "

"My wife and I were the first to eat breakfast on Saturday morning, surprised that the food was room temperature and not even warm. I had stayed here previously without issues but this time the room air conditioner was so nosey it keep us up all night. Pillows were the worst I'd ever had at any motel anywhere. Microwave in room wasn't clean. Staff was really nice but I probably will not return. "

"Dirty lobby. Unfriendly staff. Trying to ask them questions felt more like I was irritating them. No cleanliness. My mom is allergic to mold and instantly had her throat swell. We had to leave within 20 minutes of arriving. Unsafe area and guests."
