"Check in fast, friendly efficient. Room exceptionally clean. Restaurant, visually a little tired. Restaurant staff absolutely made up for that - friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Food was really good, small menu - but with our party of 10 - cooked to perfection, and served promptly, even though the rest of the restaurant looked busy as well. Bar staff, very friendly. Special mention to Jeven who kept up with our large group orders, in the evening (Saturday 1st November)"

"I was visiting from the United States. The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was excellent getting us a taxi to the port. There was only one gentleman who had not a very nice attitude and he worked at the bar, tall white guy. I had a handicap room that I did not care for, but that was all that was available when I checked in overall The hotel was nice."
