"Room was clean. Included breakfast had hot items including bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and beans. There was also yoghurt, cereal, croissants, muffins and juices. Coffee machines were excellent. I had a couple pints at the bar in the evenings and they were reasonably priced too. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent. A little far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop called the Parkway right on the other side of the tram tracks."

"I need a review for Hotel Football. It's easy to find, minutes from the tram stop. Check in was quick and easy. The room was super clean with a modern feel. Vimto in the fridge was the best surprise ever. Really enjoyed our stay. I did leave some items in the wardrobe which I realised on the train home. Within 15 mins the hotel confirmed they had them and postage was arranged on Monday. My items arrived today and I couldn't be more thankful Here’s a polished review based on what you shared: We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Football, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The location is excellent and very easy to find, just a few minutes’ walk from the tram stop, which made arriving and getting into the city really straightforward. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which set a good tone for the stay. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern, well-designed feel. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, and little touches like the Vimto in the fridge were a genuinely lovely surprise. What really stood out, though, was the service after we left. I realised I’d left some items in the wardrobe on the train home, and the hotel responded incredibly quickly. Within about 15 minutes of contacting them, they confirmed they had found my belongings, and they arranged postage on the Monday. The items arrived safely today, which I’m extremely grateful for. Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay with excellent service! Thank you!"
