"Our primary goal in finding a hotel in London was one that was mid-level quality with mid-level pricing that was within easy walking distance to St Pancras station. Because we were only staying in London one night before taking the Eurostar the next morning, we weren't all that fussy. So Premier met the first two criteria, but had some quirky little issues that were bothersome. First, they only provided 2 towels: one body towel and a hand towel. No washcloths and no second body towel. Second, there were no tissues. There was no outlet in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but a king size instead of queen would have been better. The room was quiet and the curtains did a good job at darkening the room. We did not eat breakfast there so we cannot make an evaluation of it. All in all, the Premier was a decent place to stay."

"Very bad experience of my checking, living, not-working flush of toilet"

"Great location for sure and the modern minimalist lobby is very nice. Rooms are simple but nice and bed was comfy. However cleanliness wasn't up to par. We found receipts on the floor from the previous guests and there were cigaret butts on the tiny terrace and the sink could have used a little wash down as well. Which means either they didn't clean it between guests or did a rush job. Which is also disappointing given that we had to pay 40 pounds to check in early because we arrived at noon and check I. Wasn't until 3. We would've just left our bags and gone exploring but it was 15 pounds per item so with 3 suitcases it was cheaper to pay to check in early. It's like they rush to get the rooms ready in order to do the upcharge for early check in thing. Probably also why check out is 10am (or you can pay to get a later check out). Not cool Zedwell ...not cool."

"Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel. At busy time"

"It was fine. The room was comfortable enough. Was incredibly slow check-in, and room service didn't arrive prior to 5 pm so we skipped I, which is fine just not expected. The good thing was the cafe next door, good coffee and food and nice staff. "

"The hotel was just what we needed Rooms very very small but had everything we needed except tea making facilities. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely use again. "

"The hotel is lovely. I stayed there for 3 nights. Located in Bloomsbury, not far from the Euston station, it is a good starting point to explore the city. The hotel has been recently renovated and it offers nice, clean and quiet rooms (with Nespresso machines that coffee drinkers will enjoy). The restaurant is nice and there is a gym that I have not used. The Memoir Club is only a 11 mn- walk away from the British Museum and a few minutes from UCL university grounds, a 25-mn walk to Covent Garden etc. Last but not least the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thank you to them !"
