"J’y ai passé 3 nuits, l’hôtel est formidable et sa localisation parfaite. Mais l’entretien des chambres laisse à désirer. En arrivant tout est parfait, mais durant le séjour les verres et bouteilles vides ne sont pas ramsassés, le Vanity kit n’est pas remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau je me serais attendu à mieux du personnel de chambre. Piscine super, sauna A1"

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"The location was great for the destinations we wanted to see. Everything was very walkable from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful stay, conveniently located close to the hub of everything. Great view of the canal. All Staff were very sweet and friendly. Buffet Breakfast was very good and had a very good spread. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and in Amsterdam"

"The hotel is in an alleyway off of a high street, the alleyway smells like urine and feaces. The check-in desk is behind a security screen with a security office behind that, the security guard was belching and the staff generally could not care less about you. One of the lifts is out of order and the other lift takes 10 minutes to visit all floors and then back down again takes the same. The rooms are filthy. The window, which is actually more like a door, did not stay shut, so had to sleep all night with it open. Other guests partying in their rooms. The public areas are a complete mess. Trollies filled with rubbish and building materials fill the bar area and hallways. The hotel is a complete joke. This is without a doubt the worst hotel in Birmingham. Do not stay here."
