"VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again."

"The property manager was very polite and instructions for checking in were very clear. "Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"It was located in a fantastic area. There was dead bugs and live roaches, there were only two small rolls of toilet paper for the 5 days I was there which would not be enough for two people. There were no paper towels or soap for basic cleaning though the expectation was to have the dishes to be washed before checkout. There was hair on the pillow and on the sheets though they smelled clean. The dehumidifier had to be run for days and have the windows open for the smell of mold to be removed....
