"Wonderful spa and exceptional staff I had a fantastic stay at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. The spa was one of the highlights—clean, peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Lisbon. The facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to completely unwind. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience feel welcoming from beginning to end. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing spa experience in Lisbon."

"This is a splendid hotel with an amazing pool, and a delicious breakfast. About a 10 minute walk into town along the seaside and then uphill on the way back. Rooms are great, beds are great, and everybody was super helpful and friendly."

"Louis (concierge desk) is very attentive and helpful ...a very pleasant person... I wish all staff were like him.... Breakfast can definitely improve,never ready at 7:30 like advertised, and more courteous staff will be a nice touch.. I did notice a different treatment between English speakers and Spanish or Portuguese speakers...(Unfortunately) Air conditioning is almost inexistente at least in my room 403 The place need a urgent lifting, doors, Mattress,bathrooms, elevators.... I do understand that the decor its purposefully kept on the antique side but still it could be done without loosing that side... The hotel in general its ok but far from great at least not until some kind of renovation and staff training its done... But it has so much potential to be a great ...a really great hotel....then I won't hesitate to come back..."
