"The property is beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make vegetarian dishes for me.
Couple of issues..the toilet bowl and brush covered with ants was left by our door, no coffee replacement for the next morning in our room. The pump for the water was constantly running. We advised the manager of these issues when we checked out.
We considered the food was being just ok."

"This is the most amazing experience and stay that I have ever had in my life! The hotel is family owned small boutique establishment in the middle of the jungle. Surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, the amazing cenote and the absolutely phenomenal hospitality of the owners! The cenote is breathtaking and worth visiting!
