The property itself is beautiful—very clean, well-kept, and just a really nice overall vibe. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a standout feature of the hotel. The only downside for us was the no-drinking policy at the pool. That’s something we usually enjoy when traveling, so it just didn’t align with the kind of experience we typically look for. We also had to call for room service to come clean our room after being out for most of the day, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, the hotel is truly stunning, and the stay was solid overall."

"We stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco while attending a conference across the street at the Hyatt Regency and wanted to try something different. We were very pleased with the hotel. Our first room was comfortable, clean, and nicely sized, but it did not have enough storage space to unpack our clothes. We spoke with Sophie at the front desk, and she was wonderful. She helped move us to another room and upgraded us to a junior suite, which made a big difference. The new room was excellent, with plenty of storage and a very comfortable layout. The hotel was clean, convenient, and upscale, with a more classic and elegant feel than the Hyatt Regency across the street. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it."
