The internet was very unstable. The rooms don't have blackout curtains. Some colleagues complained that their rooms did not have curtains at all. The windows are not isolated so it is very loud if you are in rooms facing the busy street. The location is great if you have meetings at the University...

My main issue when I stayed there was that the hot water didnt work but sadly when I reached out to the company, they sent someone in to check that the water heater was on and set to maximum temp(which I had done and told them about in my query), after checking that, no matter how much I pleaded that the water output was not actually hot despite what the...
