Terrible stay, not appropriate for families traveling with small kids. Horrible experience from the minute of arrival to the departure. NOT a family hotel. I checked out on the 29th of June and the hotel still has not refunded the remainder of the reservation. Horrible experience and the front desk agents aren't kind or understand human condition. Agents refused to provide names and absolutely rude with every encounter.

Absolutely love it this place. This was my second time,the first time with my 2 sons. They had a great time. Located in a safe and nice neighboorhood. Close to so many restaurants and shops. And most importantly, great staff to attend to your needs. And lastly, a very clean place!

The room is too small, no space for nothing. The odor when you take a shower is horrible. U can hear everything from outside. If u can check we did the check out a day after. We have to move to another hotel. The staff really nice

I like the location. But the staff in the front desk are not friendly. They don't greet you when you arrive. The guys outside don't help you when you arrive with the luggage.the staff was more friendly a few years back!!

Exceptional stay in the Heart of the City. Great deal and value for money. From the time I stepped in the hotel, there is a positive energy around because of the friendly and supportive staff. It exceeded my expectations as they didn’t only help me in smooth check in process as well as suggested me to the beautiful places in the city (Monserrate & Candelaria). The room itself was with modern decor with a huge window to have a beautiful view of Bogotá. Being a foreigner to the city of Bogotá, I had a fear of roaming around alone but the staff guided me to the locations to avoid and also how it is safe to go around the places. Additionally, they have security available all the time. With all this information, I really felt safe to travel to the places. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional :). Special thanks to Monia and Daniela for all their suggestions and great conversations.
