Very good hotel with careful personel

Great hotel close to the transmilenio station. Clean and big room I was particularly amazed by the personalized service from Thomas at the reception, who was very careful with me. That was very appreciated.

I gave average to staff since restaurant stafff on 4th floor was often rude, not all of them but very noticeable specially with other latin guests. Reception and rooms staff were amazing, always checking on you when you go in/out property.

Stayed here to be near the US embassy. Most everything was pretty much as expected, location was convenient, the breakfast was decent, room was clean. Only complaint is the mattresses were absolutely terrible. Probably one of the worst, most uncomfortable, and hard mattresses I’ve ever slept on. And that’s saying a lot considering I’ve had a couple over nighters in county. If you value a comfortable night’s sleep look elsewhere.

You pay for what you get. Would not stay again.

No air conditioner and if you open window yo cool off during the night, you still can’t sleep bc of all of the street noise. EVEN ON 9th floor!! One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it offered Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi was down for half of our stay and there was no backup offered.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and well renovated. I asked for an iterior room not to have street noice. That worked, however as the hotel is connected to a residential tower complex, kids screeming while playing in the courtyard wasn't enjoyable.... That same building had construction works, very loud knocking/banging which was awful. While the hotel is nicely renovated, sound proofing or insulation in the windows/doors, in between rooms is non-existent. I could here my fellow guests next door and above me walking, caughing and sneezing. While the location wasn't bad, it was not great, either. Still acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast was better than expected. I will try another hotel next time.
