"Positives: close to the airport; easily accessible by car; has an airport shuttle (starts at 5 am) Negatives: Property condition was not the best; room was not the nicest, and had an odd odor to it."

"Overall, our stay was not a good experience at all. Starting with the rundown luggage carts which cannot move in the right direction. There was a cockroach in our bathroom which came out of the vent, the towel rod broke, the bathroom door also DID NOT LOCK. There goes our privacy lol. Trash cans had no bags, room was so dimly lit and so dingy, could have used more lights. Staff was very unfriendly. The receptionist was rude, she did not tell us about the breakfast credit we had and charged us on the card. Upon asking her to take out the charge, she was unapologetic and treated it like it was a pain. The Landing restaurant was really nice and the staff was courteous and sweet and the food was delicious. Don’t think we would come back though, we don’t recommend this place to anyone."

"This is the worst hotel listed in daily city. My building burned about a week ago and I was desperate looking for a place to stay with my family and I came across Mylo hotel. I booked three nights. One hour after I booked this hotel I received a call from HSA saying that they were going to help us so I went to the hotel and explain my situation but because I booked though Expedia the hotel told me that I had to talk to them. So I called Expedia and they were so nice to try to help me but the hotel didn’t wanted to help me. I just went to the hotel and they refuse to help me. I told them this was a hard situation for me. I have two kids one that is 9 years old and one that is 7 and I explain we need led that money to eat. Any good heart person that can be sensitive to situations like this in life would understand how hard is to be homeless with two small children and the uncertainty and the stress that a house fire causes. I am devastated from the heartless responses I received from the people working at this hotel. I believe the owners because they where in the office doing office work and look like a dad and two sons. I would never come back to this hotel or recommend it to anybody, specially to people in hard situations like mine. "
