The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to be, as downtown traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, the valet service was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The staff handling valet were professional, quick, and very friendly."

Everything was squeaky clean, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. There is a great game/rec room and a study/quiet area that we only found on our way out. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and we had three consecutive great nights' sleep."
