"Casa Palma was a hidden gem. We picked it randomly when our flight was canceled and we were stuck in Palm Springs for two days. The hotel could not be cuter or more comfortable and accommodating. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rochelle at the bar made our day. Allison, the evening manager went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and I literally would return to Palm Springs simply because of this hotel and the staff. "

"Room is average size! Nice and clean and minimal! The lighting is moody which i liked and was different than other hotels! Check in was a breeze! Staff was friendly! Floor on first floor in pool courtyard has fence with thick brushes so it feels private! View of mountains was a pleasant surprise! Very peaceful one the cloudy/rainy day we spent up here just relaxing! Complex is quiet with no traffic noise or foot traffic across the complex, even when parking is full and hotel is booked out full! Would definitely stay here again! Don’t think book now! "
