"We loved our stay here every thing was beautiful food ok"

"The Pueblo bonito sunset was great. The rooms were clean, staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. The resort is very big, they have carts that pick you up if you would like. The food was great, drinks were soso. It is a time share resort, so you do get hounded to attend the time share meetings, but it isn’t overwhelming. Lots of pools to choose from, adult only, to young adults, to children. Could use more servers around the pool area, service was a bit slow. Watch out for the up charges in you bill, they do try to get you, and there is a charges for the owners non profit that they put on there also, but ask them to take off and they will. Over all, very nice. Would go back for another stay. "

"Apartment was horrible- full of coackroaches, outlet were not working, no hot water, false advertising in terms of having tv's and a washing machine in the apartment which we had to ask the front desk. Overall did not try to resolve any of the issues brought forth. We had a flooded room. Found out they would enter the apartment while we were out and took pictures and videos to make a case against us. I find it deplorable. Threatened to call the police on us. It was simply a mess."

"Hotel riu was an amazing experience. I enjoyed the facilities and the fact they still allow you use it after you check out and are waiting for you transportation. There were a wide variety of food options which I enjoyed and the staff are very friendly. Overall had a good stay and will come back here again"

"My overall experience at Hard Rock hotel Los Cabos was great! My family spent most of our time at the Lyric Pool where we were well taken care of my staff. Rueben was very attentive to my fish and but allergies and ensured my experience there was not forgotten. I appreciate his friendly smile and fast service."

"En el cuarto si te quedas varios días no te cambian las toallas y no ponen shampoo y el desayuno malisimo y no hay suficiente para todos los huéspedes les falta personal para que atiendan a la hora del desayuno pedimos toallas para llevarnos a la playa un día si me dieron y el siguiente dijeron que las estaban lavando y pues nos fuimos sin toalla pero está cómodo el hotel y fresco"
