"The rim was ok but the carpets were so dirty. Just a couple of minutes walking on the carpet made it socks super dark gray. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and had several leaves and dirt in it. The outside maintenance appeared dirty. I saw a housekeeper (male) throw dirty towels from the second floor down to the first floor landing on the floor, eew, are these the towels we use to bathe?"

"Very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Big plus for the size of the room and comfy beds & pillows. Hot breakfast was well stocked during our stay, friendly staff. Not so great is the extremely paper thin walls and floors/cielings, you can literally hear what the next room is watching on TV and when the floor above you is walking, bathing, and flushing. Hotels in this tier are notorious for thin walls but believe me NOT like this one. I still consider this an outstanding value and...

"We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice. I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway. "

"The location was great. Love the layout and the gated access. The beds were a little too firm and small for two people but overall a great stay. I highly recommend prepaying for breakfast. That was very good, excellent service and so convenient. The waitress was very nice, helpful and accommodating. "
