"Guanacaste is a fantastic spot to stay if you’re looking for spotlessly clean rooms, impeccably accommodating and friendly staff, and a great pool to cool off in. The place and rooms are a bit dated but very obviously taken care of and maintained by the family that live there. Room air con worked great and kept us cool for sleeping. The breakfast is simple but very tasty and homemade. The only downside is it wasn’t as close to the beach as we initially thought, but we discovered lots of nice...
